Nirulas Hotel (3 Min Walking Distance From metro Station)

Property is nice few staff are quite rude but overall nice experience

rooms were cozy.. less lighting in room.. hotel have dominos, burger king, burger singh and its own restaurant also.. breakfast buffet was good.. wash room were small.. amenities were ok.. building is old.. but services of the staff were good.. daily housekeeping..

Nirulas ROI is fantastic. Very good location , new restaurant is v good , breakfast is excellent and the staff are highly responsive. The renovated version is a great upgrade!

Here is honest review: I booked hotel room late evening for same day and i arrived at hotel around 3:30 AM in night/morning. When I arrived at hotel reception I had to explain couple of times i have booking and i need to check in. The reception guy was explaining me i can’t check-in now because check-in happens after 11:00 am only. Staff with 0 training and 0 sense to deal with customers. After useless discussions finally he checked the bookings in paper register and let me in. Now in room TV was not working, when asked they took approx 1 Hr to fix that. After taking nap for few hours, i saw bathroom roof was leaking and water dripping, it was difficult to use loo in that situation. When i called reception, They changed room. In new room everything was fine. Next day staff came and wanted me to move to different room again, without creating any scene i agreed and changed. In this new room 1 day everything was fine but next day A.C stopped working, when i requested to fix, i had to change room again. Now in new room i used the loo for first time and after flush, water didn’t stop and whole bathroom was full of water from toilet pot. Now they came again to fix something and were teaching me how to use water flush as i was using for the first time in my life. Now it was limit, and instead of asking for room change or any refund i decided to better leave this pathetic hotel & staff and never come back to this place again and write detail review for public to read. This is not hotel but a pot hole running by Indian Sarkari Babu’s. They have 0 knowledge how to take care of hotel and how to deal with customers. Make my trip doesn’t allow to submit review without images, wow.

The only thing good about the hotel was the location of the property, otherwise the entire hotel is extremely old with water pressure extremely low, the beds are not comfortable and the food is very expensive. This hotel is not an ideal choice as decribed, there was only 1 staff who was convenient and serviceable, otherwise entire staff was also very not upto mark. The hotel is not recommended by me.

Wonderful Stay with Great Service I stayed at The Nirulas Hotel Hotel for a 2-night business trip. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the Metro. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a great view. Wi-Fi was good and reliable, which was important for work. Breakfast was decent but could have had more vegetarian options. Also. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for business traveller or couples looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

a c is NOT WORKING PROPELY, FOOD SERVICE TIME TOO MUCH.

The room was unmaintained, the floor was dirty and not mopped up properly, the bed sheet wasn't clean, the TV wasn't working properly. The breakfast was unhygienic; service people were also not dressed up in proper uniform. In all my experience was poor.

I have been connected with this property since more or less 3yrs , overall service, food quality,facilities were very good but since last 6 months quality has deteriorated exponentially in terms of everything, now, other than location part it's nothing but road side stuff. This is the best and most comfortable and safe hotel if you are traveling alone and you are a female they take care everything they send females if you want room service etc.alsoo their breakfast is very good and healthy....i will definitely visit here for sure......EVERYTHING is perfect❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent customer service, the rooms are clean and hygiene. Food and the buffet is excellent. As location is very close to metro station and near by food joints, so the hotel stay is far better than anywhere else

Water tap were not working, no bucket or mug, no foot mat, no iron board, no iron, tv was working but no recharge, room were having dust on the table & chair. Room Service was 3rd quality. If someone has pre book the hotel it should be ready before the guest check-in. Also they charged me 700 extra for early check-in.

Hotel reciption uncle say that dont come again they are not accepting Faridabad customer this is very rude behaviour don’t know what was the issue they are take 25-30 min toh check in and same 30 min to check out. Worst experience room are not clean too much dust.
