We had very bad experience with this hotel , room was not clean at all. We had lot of confusion about extra bed , breakfast for kids. Won’t recommend this hotel at all. Very disappointing.

Room AC is working properly, request reception to change the room , but management should check basics amenities to avoid these kinds of issues.

No proper service in hotel as basic things are not available after calling reception waited for 30 min and cleanliness is not at par with hotel standards

The property is well maintained and the food in restaurant was good . However their 24*7 room service starts only after 7.15 am !!

dirty bed sheets dirty pillow covers cockroaches and flies in the room same goes for the bathroom, the bathroom towels and the general smell was quite awful though the flow of water was adequate i liked the room service . they were quite punctual. lots to improve and work on i would say The staff was polite and helpful

Good location.Though the entrance to the property is unimpressive. Room is large (you don’t bump into the furniture when you are moving).Air conditioning was satisfactory. Two lifts are available so you don’t have to wait too long in the lobby staring at the walls. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Auto available on call in case you want a quick meal at the many nearby restaurants. I Dined out at “Kareem’s “ so can’t comment on the hotel food. Overall a pleasant stay……

Not happy with the stay , even though the staffs were very cooperative. The room provided to me, didn’t have natural light and was dark with out light.

I stayed in Native hotel, Belgaum for 4 days (24 June - 29 June 25). Extremely pathetic hospitality. The staff is rude and ignorant. One staff Girdhar was particularly rude over room service and spoilt my experience. They do not know how to talk to customers. When asking even simple things like water bottle, reception says call room service, after calling room service they say call somewhere else, and that too very rudely. One of the worst behaviour of hotel staff I have ever seen. Even for simple things like water you have to wait for 1 hour. Do not recommend to any one.
