Room service staff are very disciplined. Room cleaning is also good. Location is good, convenient for shopping malls.

The hotel denied entry without any reason. They simply saying talk to make my trip instead of giving any reason

Hospitality was very poor. They are not providing Napkins in the bathroom. The room was not clean. Behaviour was not good at reception.

I booked premium room and room given to me was not good so I have asked to change and they immediately changed the room Overall experience was good but can be improved as per the price of hotel.Location good food excellent amenities good service excellent

Food was good stay was not good bad beds requires facelift

The hotel did not provide newspapers to me. The room had a dysfunctional toilet, which they tried fixing but in vain. No segregated smoking rooms.

Minerva Grand in Banjara hills in Hyderabad is very good hotel. It is situated in a nice and cozy area of Banjara hills. Size of the rooms is decently big, rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Food in the restaurant is delicious.
