As per our hotel policy, early check-in without any additional charges is offered only up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled check-in time, and any check-in earlier than that is subject to availability and applicable charges. In your case, we were pleased to provide a 1-hour early check-in at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, your booking was made under the Room Only (European Plan – EP), which does not include complimentary breakfast. Complimentary breakfast is only offered under the Continental Plan (CP) or other specific meal-inclusive plans.
