Overall experience was poor. Torn towels, no extra pillows as hotel was full, blanket provided without a cover which lead to itching. Reception guys very slow, they take their own time. Food good, location good. Definitely not a 3 star

The property is Good, well located in the heart of city, ample parking space, easy check-in, delicious in room dining food. Breakfast buffet with limited options and can be considered ok.

Overall good experience, staff were polite and cooperative. Only issue was that we were not provided with dental kit. Which is normally provided elsewhere.

Good value for money. Had to stay there as not many options available but the stay was pleasant. Staffs were good. food was also decent. it was clean and it's a good option if you wan to stay at the heart of the city.

Bathroom are very small and simple budget hotel. Rest other things are ok ok, breakfast fast choices are less. Otherwise tasty food they serve.

Its location is prime with bus stand, railway station very nearby and clear road leading to airport. All necessary shopping requirements are in walking distance. Overall an excellent location.
