Mantris Hotel

My stay was very pleasant. The property's location is excellent and easy to access. The food was absolutely awesome — delicious and well-prepared. The amenities were well-maintained, and the services provided by the staff were smooth and timely. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I got the worst room ever. I asked them to change, they changed to another poor room. I'm completely fed up with that room.

Horrible is still not appropriateword. Smelling rooms, dirty stained sheets. No towels provided. Hotelstaff don't care. Neverget fooled by external facade. Lesson learnt. Rebooted to anotherHotel immediately.

Food and location were excellent, bar a few items in case of room service. Location is well connected and polution free atmosphere. New recruits, required little more on the job training.

Nice trip. Good support by staff and we enjoyed the stay. They were giving prompt services . Overall satisfactory.

The property gave us very small room with small washroom very bad the water was clogging I just wasted my money

located in prime location budget friendly room service is v good only downside is no exhaust ( ventilation) for wash room food is expensive outside food not allowed

The Hotel I well maintained but the AC is not working …I changed 2rooms same condition and washroom is average

I already informed while my check in with hotel staff and MakeMyTrip staff also . Room was horrible and bad smell .. I asked them to change the room.. they changed the room and charged me 1000 extra which is absolutely unfair.. how they can maintain such low quality rooms with bad smell , with 1000 extra money room will be fine .. this is totally unfair from hotel.

Rooms as shown in the pictures don't match with reality! Chipping wall paint, broken handles of cupboards, an extremely dark lobby area give a very gloomy look to the hotel. Breakfast options was good but early check in charges just for 3 hours are pretty high. The team is polite and hospitable and the location is easily reachable from the center. Overall it was ok, nothing quite exceptional!

Rooms were small, old even after paying almost 3k. Not maintained. Hotel in room amenities wre limited. Tea cups given with tea were literally dirty. Bathroom was too small literally had to stand near pot to bath. Not worth the price.

The hotel was not as expected, it wasn't neat n tidy. Asked for a water bottle which was even charged.
