Majestic Grand Property Not good hotel

Hotel not well furnished poor service Hospitality wasn’t good. Not recommended anybody in future. Hotel service & wash room was not clean. Toilet seat breakdown. Refrigerator not working.

Average Stay

It was just good . Ac was not working had to call ac mechanic also the Television had no remote when called for the remote didn't work. The refrigerator was slow and did not cool down the soft drinks. When even ordered for soft drinks it was not served in glasses just handed over plastic bottles small and charged much. No dental kit available. Guests expect to have a fragrant room but had a little odd smell. Even last time when we paid for breakfast there was no buffet rather only given very limited option for breakfast that too upto 4-5 items only.

I have been in many hotels for my business purpose. However this time I experienced PATHETIC SERVICE. The staff was not cooperative. They tried to overcharge just for a bottle of water which was unused. I would not recommend this to anyone and request MMT to remove this hotel from your portal too.
