Room was quite good and clean. Location was also good. Overall it was a nice experience to stay there. Even staff was also good. I had meeting on my checkout date. I spoke with their staff for extension period of 2 hrs and they said it's okay without any hesitation. All staff members are very polite and good. Thanks

The condition of Hotel is very bad . Room were smelling . The beds are also very old and not comfortable. it is not good hotel due to poor conditions

Poor Stay
The property doesn’t look like part. The rooms are old, linen is dirty and smelly. Breakfast spread is also poor with bad taste. Surely needs an upgradation at the earliest.

Excellent Stay
The staff was very corporative. Just want to share an experience like, due to some reasons i had reached baddi and not as planned (i. E. By noon) and was a bit early, but staff is very much cooperative. They provided me with check-in, which was very good on their behalf as along with my father (bade papa) was travel-ling who is having an issue. Pacemaker is installed and other such reason providing early check-in without any if’s and but’s kudos to the hotel staff and management looking to stay with this property whenever i travel here again
