I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a very comfortable bed that ensured I slept soundly every night. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary toiletries and coffee, which made my stay feel extra special. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I booked an executive room more than a week ago, but when I arrived at the hotel reception, the receptionist told me that no executive rooms were available as they were already occupied. When I asked her to cancel my booking and refund my money, she said they couldn’t do that and that I needed to contact . She tried to convince me to accept a normal room at the same price as the executive room. I’m not sure how she suddenly managed to find an executive room after I complained , but overall, it was my worst check-in experience.

Very bad experience.

My experience with that hotel is really very poor. Firstly, i was book the hotel and requesting for early check in, which is maintained in my booking, but hotel charge rs 1000- extra for early checking. Secondly, once i entered in the room, room was so bad. Room bedsheets and all they use, used and very dirty. Thirdly toilets are very very dirty. Fourthly, the treatment of staff is very poor. I really don’t expect the, will recommended that type of hotel to stay.

Stay was average, rooms are not ventilated, not maintained properly, toilet sheet broken, old tv, no smart connectivity

The washroom were not up to the mark.

It was not so good. Tv was not working. Washroom was dirty. Unhinged room. Towel was missing in washroom

These hotel cheap hotel and hotel room also very dirty and bathroom was ready. I was told hotel manager, please change this room but no response from hotels management. Please refund my money because already dirty and service also very bad.

The property is good location has spacious and clean rooms, the buffet breakfast is very good. Overall it is good property for a comfortable stay with family and friends

Stay was good but the morning breakfast was disappointing because there was no buffet, the hotel staff had only 3 options in breakfast (upma, paratha, uttala ), but location and stay was good

Well maintained room and washroom, well behaviour.

Unfortunately, no. The property is nice, but they have a policy that doesn’t allow Zomato deliveries to the room. They are also understaffed, which caused a 20+ minute delay in getting my parcel until I had to go to the reception to get it myself.

The hotel is good overall. Location is good and parking is available. We have some problem this time. We had shift 2 rooms as ac was not working. Also there is manpower shortage as only one person for room / food delivery

The rooms had some kind of negative vibes and the ambiance of the hotel was too comfortable, the quality of the bedsheet was not good, even bad bugs were there, light had gone 4 times within an hour so we decided to not to shay here and changed the hotel at same night. Hotel staff after knowing that we are going back were very happy and calm and did not worry about the discomfort we have faced or any regret was not on their face, even though they were happy, i think

Property is located in the heart of Indirapuram , all amenities within …Nice parking area and good restaurant , Delicious food ,little expensive. But taste is such that you will repeat the order . The only and big con is Rooms does not have windows and Fan do not have switch for low - high, so you have to completely rely on AC only .

Poorly maintained property. Mosquitoes everywhere, toilets not clean and cistern broken. Housekeeping is a major issue.
