Indie Stays Goa

My stay at Indie Stay Goa (Oct 5-8, 2025) was flawless. The facilities are top-notch, and I was pleased to receive an early check-in. The staff, particularly Mr. Praveen, was incredibly helpful and courteous. The breakfast (which I had included) was also very good. I highly recommend this affordable and excellent hotel in North Goa. Thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. Praveen! Overall Rating: 5/5

Room was very good, met the expectations which i saw during my booking. Praveen and Munna was vey friendly and very helpful. First they gave us the ground floor room but when we told them to give it on the first or upper floor then they accepted our request and gave us the room on third floor also they provided us the early checked in. Service was excellent...but my suggestion for improvement is room floor was little sticky so they can improve that...otherwise bathroom, balcony and room was very good. Also everything is near outside of the gate Car/Bike Rental, Grocery Store and Palolem beach is at walking distance... Overall i enjoyed our stay at Indie Stay would love to travel again.

The property is situated in the best location of North Goa. The breakfast is tasty and it is better to include the breakfast in your stay. The staff specially Ritik Yadav and Praveen are a gem in this property. They are helpful and a wonderful hosts. Everything in this property is on point. It was a wonderful stay. It is 5/5 property.

The property was good with greenery all around but the food was below standard. The breakfast buffet was dissatisfying with very limited options and substandard taste. Though the look and feel of the room was pretty nice with clean bedding and clean bathrooms. If you want a good property just for stay then the fooding problem can be ignored as there are multiple restaurants near the property.

Nice sweet and good stay at Candolim area. Warm people with good hosting. Will be back

Food is good , rooms is okay but washroom is very small. Balcony view is not good facing old buildings too bad they mentioned garden view but in reality old buildings are there

This report is okay okay.. not justified as per the price they have. When I entered the room, the room smelled so smoky. Breakfast is also average.

The ambiance of the hotel was very nice but the service was very bad, like the TV was not working till the check out date, the phone was also not working and if the phone was working then the service staff did not listen to you.

Everything was fine . Hospitality was good. Location was in prime area .Environment , atmosphere everything was fine

Indie Stays Goa is a perfect choice near Candolim beach! Clean, cozy rooms, vibrant ambience, and tasty breakfast. Staff is friendly, location is ideal,great value for money and a wonderful stay overall!

They will give Kokam at the time of check-in which is refreshing. staff are courteous and helpful. The swimming pool is good for children and elders. you can get scooty outside of hotel for local travel. For veg lovers a restaurant is available outside of the hotel. Rooms are good but ground floor room you have to face with a mosquito as it is a garden. Buffet brakefast they can change with some menu, but available brakefast was good. you can give ala carte order as well. It is near to Candolim beach and some more tourist places are available.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves a warning to fellow travelers. The room was in appalling condition—far from what was promised. The linen was visibly dirty, with multiple stains that looked like they hadn’t been washed in wee The overall hygiene of the room was unacceptable. Dust on surfaces, grime in the corners, and a bathroom that felt like it hadn't been cleaned in ages

I booked Indi Stay in Goa for 2 nights expecting a comfortable stay based on the photos and details shown on MakeMyTrip, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was with car parking – the listing mentioned parking is available, but on arrival, the staff rudely told me to park my vehicle at my own risk on the roadside or wherever I could find space. When I pointed out a small parking area on the property, I was told it was chargeable even for hotel guests, which was never mentioned during booking. The reception staff was unprofessional and very rude. Service was equally poor – basic requests like water bottles were either ignored or severely delayed. The room was not clean; the bedsheets were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was unhygienic. The balcony door lock was broken, the AC remote didn’t work, and worst of all, there was no hot water in the bathroom. What I saw in the photos online was completely different from the reality – the actual condition of the hotel was far below expectations. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Indi Stay to anyone.

This old property location is good but poor service no Hot Water in Room no Tea, coffee sugar and milk bags for 2 days after asking also they took 1 hr to supply. The staff is least bothered for guests They are leaving in their own fantasy. I will not recommend this property
