Room was spacious neat and clean... But some facilities were not working properly ( Tv & Refrigerator).. They charged extra for dental kit which was complimetary in every property where i stayed

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and had a very pleasant experience. To my surprise, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, which set a positive tone for the entire stay. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The service throughout the week was consistently professional and courteous. Overall, a very decent and comfortable experience.

the stay was really good with easy accessibility to food and the location was also nice as it is close to the metro. Also, the services provided by the hotel were good.

excellent location ..just below the metro station. walking distance from TD Temple which we wanted to visit. Spacious clean rooms. Didn't have food.

The bedroom lights are weak, but the toilet lights are good. The TV is not working. Please provide a small toothpaste. The room is very neat and clean

Hotel room was clean and tidy. No complain about the room. Only suggestion is that the hotel does not provide any complimentary breakfast considering the heavy amount they are charging for a room .

in make my trip.room was gud. i dint have fud frm their. they charged for toothbrush n paste. tv was not workng well. bathroom has less space. totally its average for stayng

They haven't provided dental kit as complimentary. If you want it, have to pay extra. In addition, when a room is booked for 2 heads, 2 bath towels should be provided. But they have only provided 1. Room was also not upto the expectation, was just an average room.

The hotel is at the prime center. Next to MG road metro station. Room is spacious and neat and tidy and well lite. The A/c was old and cooling was less. TV was not showing channels because of some error. The shower controller in the bathroom was loose and coming out to hand while operating it. It was a short stay. They offered a room change in the evening when I was back after work but as I was leaving in another two hours I didn't avail it. Well mannered and helpful staff..

Everything is awesome but i have suggestion that give breakfast and dental kit as complimentary and services are perfect and i like very much staffs are very kind and polite

very poor maintenance.. cealing having additional rat service 😬.. Rats were very busy at nights conducting marathon. actually what kind of management is imperial having.. we are not there for free stay .. atleast value costomer money
