The Property needs complete renovation. Present renovation work is highly disturbing and it was impossible to take rest in the afternoon. Food served in the Restaurant is not at all satisfactory. The property has most of the untrained staff’s in Kitchen, Housekeeping, Reception. Was disappointed & a bad experience

We stayed for couple of days in this Hotel Pros: 1) Dead cheap room rate comparing other 4 star hotels in Kochi 2) Kind reception and timely Room service 3) Neat and Clean rooms without any insects 4) Breakfast tasted good but not great Cons: 1) Very small bed size. They mentioned Queen size but I felt it smaller than that, like a double bed 2) No extra bed facility. I had to book 2 rooms for 3 adult and 1 child. Even though room cost is less, I felt with 2 rooms the cost is equalising with other hotels in Kochi which offer 1 room for same price with extra bed 3) No indoor games as mentioned in MMT
