Hotel Western Court Panchkula

It was a good experience at Western court. Supportive staff, very accessible, good food.

Room was given by 1-30 pm, front office person was very arrogant, food was such a bad quality can’t explain. I ordered chicken biryani but first time experienced like rice boiled like liquid but chicken was raw, I promised myself not to go again such hotel, room was given where whole night peogon packing the glass. I will request MMT not to make fool customer by showing false photograph of the property

The food was satisfactory, but the condition of the room was lacking. The charging socket was nearly broken, and we only received the dental kit after specifically requesting it. The biggest issue, however, is the parking situation. The hotel does not have its own parking facilities, and if you park your vehicle in front of the hotel, it is on government property, which incurs hourly charges. If you're staying for two days, you end up paying quite a bit for parking.

Wonderful Hotel with all the luxury facilities available . Staff was also very cooperative. Keep it up 👍👍

Hotel was fine. Nothing too fancy, neither shabby. Buffet was okay. I stayed for only 1 day. And my experience was just fine.

I had the absolute worst experience at Western Court Hotel in Panchkula. The room was an utter disgrace—filthy, smelly, and downright shit. The food was even worse; it tasted contaminated and left me feeling sick. To top it off, the manager was completely useless, literally sleeping on the job when I tried to complain. There’s not a single good thing to say about this dump. This hotel is a disgrace and should be shut down immediately. remove it from istings ASAP—save yourself the misery and avoid this hellhole at all costs!

Room size is very good & comfortable. Bed & other accessories are worth mentioning. Breakfast quality is also v good.

My recent two-day business stay at western court in panchkula was nothing short of a nightmare. I'm baffled by the high ratings this hotel has received, as my experience was abysmal from start to finish. The hotel's age and poor maintenance were glaringly obvious. Light fixtures were precariously hanging from the walls, and the end tables were so damaged they were rendered useless. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, as evidenced by the thick layer of dust coating the fabric headboard. Comfort and convenience were non-existent: first, the air conditioner's temperature control was broken, secondly, the bathroom lacked hot water for showers and finally, the toilets struggled to flush properly. The restaurant was equally disappointing. The morning breakfast fell far below expectations. Given the exorbitant prices charged by western court, i strongly advise potential guests to explore alternative accommodations. This hotel fails to deliver even the most basic comforts and services one would expect from a reputable establishment.

Hotel is nice and clean, staff is very polite and humble, rooms was clear and sanitised, other aminities are there

The tone of front office staff wasn't good rude many times on the first day there was a alive centipede in the washroom seat then there were ticks like red worms on the bed and wall adjacent to the wall the water bottle given to me was having white particles floating in it the bathroom flush was not working for the entire stay on the last day of my stay somebody entered my room without my permission and smoked there when i came back from the office whole room was filled with cigarette smell and your staff kept arguing.

Hotel staff was very rude. Room was not clean as it should be. Someone from hotel staff used my room in my absence. I asked hotel staff to check cctv but they straight away denied. Very pathetic experience with western court panchkula.

I reached early and they politely gave me early check-in, food menu is expensive compared to hotel range
