No availablity of complementary tea/coffee and electric kettle, wardrobes, washroom fittings broken, not cleaned refrigerator, Resturant is very costly and non-adjustable in requirements, quality is good.

Room construction good, but no maintenance so looking very bad for washrooms too, compared to charges applicable for the rooms. Resturant is tasty food, but charges are above 5 star hotel food. Staff is very very good and delighted to attend calls.

I have booked a standard room , the rooms are dirty and facilities are not maintained. The bed sheets are not cleaned looks like some one had used it and not cleaned.

Not good, not clean, not hygienic. Hotel Pictures in Makemytrip website is totally different from actually hotel realty. Rating on Makemytrip was 4.1. But actually its should be less than 1
