Hotel Smart Signature

I booked a super deluxe room but the room provided was standard normal room without basic amenities. There was no Geyser in bathroom, no kettle for tea, the towels were very bad. Moreover their behaviour was too bad for a person booked a super deluxe room in the hotel. Food was below average and service was poor. This hotel should not accept booking when they are not in a position to offer good room and service. Waste of money.

Breakfast Issue: My booking clearly included breakfast, but the quantity provided was not proper. Despite this, your staff asked us to pay extra, which was not acceptable. My companions were unhappy with the food and service. Unprofessional Behavior: The night staff were not polite or helpful, which added to our disappointment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements for future guests

it was a decent place, the rooms quality and maintenance was ok type but the staff behaviour was very good and cooperative

The stay was good and clean,a/c was in working condition,staffs were polite, highly recommend for people planning to stay for couple of days around airport, near by restaurants are available at walkable distance.

I have opted for breakfast for two days there is no option for that and the hotel is full of dust that they confirmed in the mmk There are no such things like kettle and other amenities,and they don't have foot cleaning mats and they do not provided proper service as well....

Service is excellent and the facilities are good The location is a bit hard to reach as the lanes are narrow and the cab doesn't arrive easily

Hotel is decent with overall clean rooms and strong AC nearby the airport. However the booking said includes complimentary transfer to the airport which was not honoured by the hotel. So just be aware of that if booking with supposed transfer included.

room was well-cleaned and our stay was wonderful there also the staff was very friendly, the service of that hotel was quick, front office manager was so friendly and helped us, I'll definitely recommend you this hotel

Our flight was canceled so we had to find a hotel close by the airport. There were so many options in booking that seem to be super close by but to our surprise that was not the case. Somehow many hotels manage to put a different address that the real one, so after an hour of searching we went for this hotel and we are happy we did. They don't lie about their location, they are about 15 min by car from the airport. The staff was really nice and the room was clean and they have 24-7 room service menu with nice food which is exactly what we needed after a long day. Also they offer taxi service to get to the airport for 350 which is a good price. Definitely recommend if you are searching for an affordable place close to the airport.

I was not provided the hotel which I booked.

There was no room available in that hotel. They accommodated us in a different hotel

Rooma was so small. Pathetic. I went with my gf. Not according to pictures. It is cheap and cheating with visitors

Very very worst experience. Hotel was third class. And the reception persons are rude behaviour and worst. Room was very bad condition, no cleaning in 2 days. No towel, no water bottle, no soap provided. Its only 500- hotel. we dont have an issue. Pathetic and worst hotel.

Good hotel to stay near delhi at very economical price, i booked the hotel and very late night. They assist me very well. Thanks and recommended

For complementary breakfast only two or three choices were available. Some leak was there in faucet. All other things were okay.
