A very good location near to all amenities I want. Easy access to public transport, food and shopping.

Not that great but good experience

Third class lodge is being promoted with high customer rating. No basic facilities like clean towels, bedsheets, air conditioning within the room for an executive room. Outside is horrible with people speaking loudly and disturbing guests.

Hotel is Very good.it is easy access to Kukatpalli main road. But Hotel check in time is 2 pm. Before 2 pm they had not given. To give before 2 pm they charged 1000/- extra from me. Only 30 mts before.( for 30 mts before check in also charged 1000/- ) mercyless. I waited 1.30 mts. Infront of me they had given direct walk in customers.This is make my trip credibility there.Lady receptionist charged 1000/-.

The staff and services are very good and the food test and quality quantity are also good. find the location very easy.

positives : the room is very clean and neat,hotel atmosphere is also great, the staff is nice and their quick response is great. negatives: washroom is average not so great. i ordered chicken fried rice to my room, but they sent the order after 1 hour.

Room is clean and big size. hotel location best and ceter point and near metro station. Staff is nice.

Rooms are not worthy for spent this is the worst service sitara and make my trip i have ever spent.

The rooms were really old, and there were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. The sheets were dirty. Washroom was unclean really small

Please recommend better hotel next time. Not at all satisfied expecting more clean room. Wash room etc.

So many mosquitoes, due to this hardly slept, no cleanliness, lifts are not in operation some times, simply i won't come back again.

Rude behaviour from staff, mosquitos in room, charged extra money for check in, very poor maintenance

ok hotel for business travelers and not any exceptional. good ac, good fan, average bed covers and bed spreads. still can improvise staff training to operate as like professionals

1. Cupboards, bathroom are not good smell. 2. Bathroom door is not proper looking 3. Cammode hand water gun is not properly fixed. 4. Complementary breakfast coffee is very bad. Charged heavily for little early check-in and same time not con-cider for early checkout

It was a poor experience. No room cleaning policy you have to chase them all the time. No toiletries, cockroaches are in every room. Have shown the photos at reception he dosen’t even care.
