location is accessible, but there is a pub attached to it. till late night loud music keeps playing can't get sleep. we can't change rooms also. the walls were vibrating. poor in hospitality. we need to ask for water etc. it's a smoking zone. full of cigarette smell.

I recently stayed at [hotel 7], and my experience was disappointing. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, which made my stay unpleasant.
