it was a good stay with reasonable price the thing needs to improve is neat and clean bedsheets , rooms cleanliness is ok washroom was enough cleanliness..

Stay was not comfortable. Nobody cares about the guest and they didn't even call me for breakfast. Also the room was not maintained properly.

Thoroughly unprofessional. No sense of hospitality. Even the staff in reception doesn’t wear a shirt n sits in his inners. Food is terrible. Hospital staff poorly motivated.

The stay was good. The reception manager was very cooperative. In terms of services, they are reliable. Just want to add a suggestion to the complementary breakfast, to improve the food making otherwise overall okay performance.

location is accessible, but there is a pub attached to it. till late night loud music keeps playing can't get sleep. we can't change rooms also. the walls were vibrating. poor in hospitality. we need to ask for water etc. it's a smoking zone. full of cigarette smell.

The facility of warm water was lacking in the washroom. I couldn't avail warm water for bathing purpose.

I recently stayed at [hotel 7], and my experience was disappointing. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, which made my stay unpleasant. Additionally, the food quality was not up to the mark and did not align with the instructions provided. This lack of attention to detail and customer care is unacceptable. I hope the management takes steps to improve both staff behavior and food quality to ensure better service for future guests.

We booked room in this hotel bcoz of its nearby location from rock garden, sukhna lake etc. Rooms are too small and fans were making noise. Cleanliness was maintained properly. Only good for one to two night stay.

Space was very less, size of bed was small, no windows in room for ventilation, complimentary breakfast was very limited and not tasty, breakfast was served in room no dining area and only dish is served.

The bathroom wasn't clean. There were urine drops on the toilet seat. And ac was barely working.

The staff here is very ignorant and they are like the customers here. They behave like they own the place and treat customers badly. The rooms were just fine but in our room the ac was spitting ice and in another room the smell of cigarettes was coming from the bed.

Yeah it was good but the facilities which were promised to have was not available.

Asking for money for a water bottle and room are very short. And give poor service. And take charges from me without informing

Location is good and food is good. Rooms are stinky. Mattress, towels are old. Furniture is old. Switch boards loose and switch dangling out.

Please change the menu because you do not give everything which is written in your menu, that is why you should change your menu so that you get only what is written in the menu and the rest of the room was everything fine, the food and the staff were also very good.
