Hotel Sandstone @ 2 Min Drive to ISBT

Hotel sandstone was under construction when we reached .They shifted us to another hotel nearby .Room was smelly and mattress was broken . Overall a bad experience

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Send Stone, Dehradun, booked through MMT. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort of the rooms were excellent, and the staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also convenient, making it easy to travel around the city. One small suggestion would be to upgrade the television facility for an even better guest experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to visit again. Highly recommended!

Very Untidy Room I am very Disappointed and As soon as I am entered the room, there was such a bad smell and later I thought, why did I make such a dirty room? It was the worst experience ever. I will not go there again.

Hotel Review: Hotel Sandstone, Dehradun Stay Duration: 5th to 6th July Location: Near Dehradun ISBT I recently stayed at Hotel Sandstone for one night. The service and food were quite good – staff was courteous, and the meals were satisfying. The location is also convenient if you're traveling via ISBT. However, there was a major issue regarding the "City View Room" listed on MakeMyTrip. I specifically booked this room category expecting a proper view, but on arrival, the reception staff themselves confirmed that there is no actual city view. In fact, the room window opens directly toward the balconies of another building, so the curtains have to remain shut for privacy. This was misleading, and I strongly feel that MakeMyTrip should remove the “City View” label for this hotel, as it does not match the reality at all. Overall: Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room/View: ⭐⭐ (because of the misleading city view claim) Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐ Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommendation: Suitable for a short stay if you're not particular about the view. But double-check room details before booking.

The location was good. Rooms were okay. Though the hotel didn't provide Towels in the rooms despite asking. In one of the rooms the TV was not working. The breakfast buffet was good. Overall the experience was nice.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sandstone. The location is okay. The food, in-house dining, was delicious. The staff was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. Overall, the property offers a great balance of comfort, service, and value, making it ideal for leisure stays. I would happily recommend it and plan to return.

The location is Good and Services are also Okk, Just tried Buffet, not much variety , 2-3 articles were available. Need to focus on Kitchen service, which is only available for limited time slots, It should be available as per client's requirement/Need.

Noise from near fair, filthy, poor service & infra bad. Not maintain properly, and moreover, Lift was not working.

I think the reviews of MMT are all paid. It is described here that the hotel is awsome, food is delicious, staff is good but my experience there is completly opposite. AC of the rooms were not working, Rooms were dirty, bodywash was expired. Staff was not ready to cooperate, they were doing any thing as if they are doing favour on the customer. there behaviour was very rude. Lift of the hotel was not working this can not be called even a 1 star hotel. Cockroaches were in the room..

No one is there properly to solve our query, they don’t consider the customers problem , no proper person to get back , u don’t suggest anyone over here

Location- Pros: near to Chardukan Cons: located on steep uphill forcing you to rent a vehicle if you are with family. Amenities - Good Wifi. Kitchen is equipped with utensils, heater for cold weather. Host is kind and quick enough to address the issue if any

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming. Especially Rohit was at the reception, greeting guests with a warm smile and was attentive too. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the amenities exceeded expectations. Rizwan was helping in background, making sure everything ran smoothly.The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly Recommended

it's budgeted hotel overall good experience, staff was co-operative location was easy very near to ISBT
