Hotel Padmini Palace

It was a 'Gurdian-less hotel'. We have faced chaos created by unruly customers in the hotel which could not be strictly handled by the staff in absence of the Hotel Manager who was known to be absent for the last few days. We stayed in room no. 207 where at night from 12.30 onwards airconditioner didn't work. We could not inform the reception or maintenance due to non-functional intercom facilities. The exhaust system in the toilet didn't work. On informing the entire episode, in the morning, the attending staff didn't pay much attention to the subject, which shows they're well aware about it. Overall it was a terrible experience and would never refer to any customer. Though the location and space planning of the building are advantageous but poor maintenance of the age old structure and facilities are visible. We have found water seepage from the ceiling in front of the lift and in the bar. The stay was uncomfortable, unsafe and a waste of money.

Hotel is in worst condition. Not go as per pics provided . All walls covered with plastic sheets. Dirty washrooms and furniture also very bad. Tv is not working, in house kitchen closed by 10 pm. This is just a 1* catagory property. Just waste of money near to airport.

Not a well maintained property. Rooms are stinky. AC not well maintained. Poor hygiene. Not a preferable option.

Staff was helpful. Very convenient location with respect to the airport. The food at the restaurant takes a bit to arrive but its delicious. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Not much of a view from the balcony but I enjoyed watching the rain.

Our recent stay at this hotel, booked via MakeMyTrip , was nothing short of traumatic. We faced serious safety concerns, which directly impacted our one-year-old child, causing not just physical distress but severe emotional trauma for our entire family. It is shocking and unacceptable that such basic safety standards were completely neglected by both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. No one has taken accountability for the incident, forcing us to seek action for the harm and distress caused. We expected a safe, family-friendly environment — instead, we are left with mental anguish and lasting trauma. We demand proper compensation and urge both the hotel and MakeMyTrip to take this matter seriously and address it with utmost urgency. Families with young children — please think twice before considering this property. Your safety is not guaranteed.

Location is good but property is badly maintained & old. Service is poor. Lights switches broken etc etc etc

the hotel was very clean and beautiful luxurious rooms and the lobby days also crane everywhere very clean very clean swimming pool and the staff is very polar professional and helpful and the food was very very tasty I never had that much tasty food in my whole life the Garhwali chef over there are very professional chef they have very good taste and even the front office staff they are very polite service staff is also quick service and I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I will also visit this hotel again and again because I love this property in this eria

Prime location near the airport, easily accessible. Room size ok, Interior and setting, linen , food quality, professional staff , all these needed to be looked after as per current hospitality industry.
