Hotel SAAS Residency

Location and room was great

Its centrally located. But rooms needs to be cleaner. They need to pay attention to the windows panes. It can be opened from outside. No window grills also. It poses a security threat

there is no service even tea also u have to go outside dirty room .. only one staff is there even washroom is like ghost place

SAAS RESIDENCY is my choice always near to calicut railway station only walkable distance, Neat and clean rooms, staff also co-operative, Restaurant was excellent but recently closed. My opinion is to open that restaurant.The food was excellent and tasty.that's my only opinion. 😊

1.Food is not available in the property. 2.There are lots of eataries around this place. 3.Location is very near to Railway Station and Road transport is available nearby. 4.Facilities are very good neat and clean room with A/c and hot water. 5.Very good staffs.

The property is situated in a good location close to railway station. The room is small and the bathroom was super small and lacked basic amenities like towel hanger. The room was not pleasant and the walls were not clean .

We have to pay For Water Even if we are regular customer reception boy asked to pay for water... Really felt bad

I reached hotel on 17 midnight .The room not prepared for the stay.AC was not working. On 18th the item required was issued on asking. The wardrobe was not kept clean. The chair seat was loose. No provision for in house bed coffee. No in house restaurant

The room is neat, but too small for a double room There is no kitchen or restaurant, no room service too Not even a kettle to boil water But is okay for a single person Place is close to railway station, that is convenient

The room I stayed in was not clean. The bedsheets were dirty, and the closets were unclean. It felt very overpriced for the quality provided. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend it.

I am happy to stay in SAAS residency. Room was well cleaned and maintained.Polite staff handling. safe for families.
