Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. The staff’s attitude was indifferent at best — we had to repeatedly chase them for even basic requests, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. The room had a strong paint smell, making it quite uncomfortable to stay . Additionally, the verandah just outside the room was poorly maintained, giving a neglected and unclean appearance. Glasses provided in the room were dirty, raising concerns about hygiene. The swimming pool had murky water, clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. Overall, the hotel does not justify the price charged, and I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
