Room service is very good also sea facing from room very Nice, location is very good,but breakfast was so poor.

The hotel Rio beach Elit room was good as per location , however housekeeping was not good as room was not cleaned thoroughly, have doubt that bedsheet was changed or not, not expected after paying. Break fast was good . Will give 3 out of 5 to the hotel. That to rating given only for location of the hotel and staff behaviour.

We stayed here for two days, but the air conditioning in our room was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Instead of fully shifting us to another room, they only allowed to spend the nights in a different room and had to return to the original one during the day. This arrangement was very inconvenient and disappointing.

good stay in this hotel a location room sea view is excellent but hotel Receptionist is not good.

No in house car parking, no food & and the breakfast was also very poor quality. I don’t think this hotel deserves to be 3 star.

Excellent beachfront location.. Nice breakfast and tea..... No inhouse dinning but can order from zomato..... Ac was working but no remote was provided.... A bit expensive for the level of amenities provided... But overall stay was pleasant
