The room is not clean, and the service is very bad. We had to call 3-4 times for the same query. According to the 3-star rating, it doesn’t provide such services.

Everything was good except there was no hot water in the bathroom taps and AC temperature could no go up to desired level, as AC control was permanently sealed with wooden piece. Location/Parking : Good Staff : Cooperative Everything good

Good location with ample car parking. Reasonably good three star facilities avaible with lift and a bar. Tea kit and mini refrigerator in all the rooms. Coffee kit is missing in the rooms. Food is good. There is hot water in the bath rooms, only Luke warm comes even after 20 minutes of free flowing. Staff is good.

Location is really good easily accessible.Rooms are really nice as shown in the image. room service i didnt order anything so i dont know .But you have to get your luggage by yourself they will not come that was not good on there part

Location was near the jalandhar city junction so it was very good,the facilities was many,so overall it was a good experience

hotel is having old building, room is having foul smell, insect 🐞 present in room, , unhygienic condition of room and hotel. bad condition hotel and should check the hygiene condition.

Bed sheets had not cleaned properly, dust strains everywhere they might have not changed those bed sheets since 3-4 days, below average body lotion, soap also not up to the quality it was just they have placed all these things half heart-ed

Hotel rooms are pretty different compared to seen in the pics. Half of the lights in the room were not functioning. Room rent is too costly and facilities are almost zero. Bed was too small and hard springs will cause you backache.

Don't believe on written, go personally and check the property, can a family stay there calmly. It is not hotel
