I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to access, the food was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured a comfortable experience throughout my stay. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy highly recommended!

They said there would be a smart TV but actually there was a cable TV everything else was good. And smooth

an overnight stay at a place which I used to frequently stay three years ago.... Well mighty disappointed this time . The intercom wasn't working which they rectified. Then came the shocker. I was asked to clear every food bill as soon as they were served . I said I am checking out tomorrow and let me clear all bills before checkout which they didn't agree. Wonder how the restaurant works. Towels provided were faded.... All in all 6.5/10 compared to previous times..

Rooms are very nice, washroom can be improved,the restaurant is good, Couple friendly stay, Staffs are good.

Room was not clean, T V was not working, Staff approach was very casual. We stayed their for 2 nights. They did not clean the room even once.

The room provided was not that great, a lot of external AC fan sound from the window. Complimentary breakfast provided was not good. Clothes used on Dining tables in the restaurant were smelling bad.

The images that you seeand the real building looks very different. The property is maintained poorly. The room that I stayed in was 103. The room was poorly maintained, door nobs are broken. Poorly built wardrobe. No intercom. No daily maintenance of the room. You have to go request for a water bottle (500ml is what you get) and towel change each day, then they will provide. And a unique rule, on the day of the checkout, they will not give you a bottle of water. You will have to buy it. So you will have to wake up and remain thirsty till 11:00 am. If you take bath, then the bath section of the bathroom overflows. Very poor drainage. There were a few good things. 1. The complementary breakfast was good. 2. The air conditioning is working so you can peacefully sleep. 3. Did not experience a power-cut. 4. Close to city central mall, Manipal university and st.Aloysius University. If you can plan your trips book any other place. Since there are very good hotel closer to this property.
