The staff were good and talked nicely and also helped when needed. The rooms were good and the only issue I saw was the bathtub which made it difficult to take a bath( if you do not like to use the bathtub). but one night stay it's fine.

All good. Nice huge and clean room. Hope they take off the unnecessary bathtubs. Good location too with adequate parking facility. Helpful front desk too

Decent and comfortable stay . staff is polite and courteous. Food is tasty ,rooms are clean and spacious. Car parking is available .wifi is good .

Property needs maintenance. Bathroom was stinky and it was even spreading to room. Ac was leaking. By midnight, there was water inside room beneath AC unit. Also, intercom was not working. Room and washroom need cleanliness.Staff good

This is just an ordinary hotel with four walls and a bed. Don't keep any expectations. I landed up here as there was no room available in good hotels. Thankfully it was a one night stay.

BMS hotel room is clean and well kept. But the bathroom tub has stains and the tub border paste is ugly . The shower curtain need tidiness. The dental kit need improvement. The room door is not clean . The TV and AC good. I booked because of bathtub availability but could not use bathtub as it had stains. Else good.

Strongly recommended! This property is next to highway and nearest to City center. Spacious room, neat and clean kingbed. Excellent taste of complimentary breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel BMS. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay with family. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The in-house restaurant served tasty food with good variety and prompt service. Parking was ample and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Hotel BMS to anyone visiting Mangalore — great value for money and excellent hospitality!

The location was perfect. On the highway and accessible to main parts of the city. The food was excellent and top notch. Services can improve especially the restaurant serving time and order identification perfection but that is negligible.

Excellent Hotel. All the rooms are spacious. Neat n clean, nas they have so many rooms. if you book little early, you can get good deal. BF is complementary. only thing was electric kettle wasn't working, everytime else was upto the expectations. staff is generous, will provide all info needed. They have attached restaurant, food was good too. you will a decent crowd in this hotel. I will recommend this hotel. I went with family for 1 night stay.
