This is just an ordinary hotel with four walls and a bed. Don't keep any expectations. I landed up here as there was no room available in good hotels. Thankfully it was a one night stay.

BMS hotel room is clean and well kept. But the bathroom tub has stains and the tub border paste is ugly . The shower curtain need tidiness. The dental kit need improvement. The room door is not clean . The TV and AC good. I booked because of bathtub availability but could not use bathtub as it had stains. Else good.

Strongly recommended! This property is next to highway and nearest to City center. Spacious room, neat and clean kingbed. Excellent taste of complimentary breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel BMS. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay with family. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The in-house restaurant served tasty food with good variety and prompt service. Parking was ample and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Hotel BMS to anyone visiting Mangalore — great value for money and excellent hospitality!

Food - good Location- Excellent Eminities- Room wise is good others didn't try I feel price is very high especially at festival time like last week

The location was perfect. On the highway and accessible to main parts of the city. The food was excellent and top notch. Services can improve especially the restaurant serving time and order identification perfection but that is negligible.

Excellent Hotel. All the rooms are spacious. Neat n clean, nas they have so many rooms. if you book little early, you can get good deal. BF is complementary. only thing was electric kettle wasn't working, everytime else was upto the expectations. staff is generous, will provide all info needed. They have attached restaurant, food was good too. you will a decent crowd in this hotel. I will recommend this hotel. I went with family for 1 night stay.

The hotel is nice. spacious , clean rooms with all amenities. bathtub in the toilet needs to be replaced with shower cubicles. only disappointment is the attitude of the restaurant staffs who thinks that food which is included in the room tariff is coming from their own pocket. location and quantity of food nevertheless excellent.

Hotel BMS is part of the well known Ballal Group and this is obvious in the staff training, room design, and food quality. This hotel is very conveniently located for any work at the AJ Shetty Hostel and (multiple) Colleges. I was staying here for the first time but will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to this part of Mangalore.

Place was neat and clean. Food was average. My car got damaged due to an open drain which is not visible and they haven’t kept any barricade to avoid that. Also we requested for an invoice which the staff refused to give. Later this was informed to them over phone and we were promised the invoice will be sent by WhatsApp but even that didn’t happen. Overall I’m very disappointed with the experience

We were a group of 7 & had booked 4 rooms. Nice ambience. & good rooms .polite staff. It's a pure veg hotel. & the breakfast had a well spread out . & 100% tasty. south indian menu. We all enjoyed the stay

this is not 4 star hotel. not even 2 star. unwashed pillow, dirty bathroom. my suggestion is pls dont choose this hotel. completely disappointed...
