Room quality is pathetic, i was assigned 302 in their app, room given was 202. The room ambience aura is negative. In night time a big mouse is entered from the hole of gate and making noise whole night by tickling bed wood. Bed was wall fitted and covered from each side. No option to get away mouse. Tv not working condition. Bathroom space is so congested, even no water at night time in taps. Bathroom area is covered by transparent glass so you can enjoy view from room if you are couple. Curtain is smelling and fungaling. Ac is cooling and bed cushioning is good.

Property is a bit inside in Gully, my stay was terrible as the picture shows while booking is not at all same in reality, amenities were not at all good, no hot water, no cleanliness, the blanket provided was torn and floor was broken, no shop or hand wash, the bucket and mug provided in bathroom was very dirty and bucket was broken and leaking. no nearby good food options overall it was below average and and stay was terrible not recommended to stay for anyone

Pictures shown are not the same. Rooms are different. Cleanliness is ok. Staff is well behaved. But they should post original photos.

It was look like it's not hotel it was a horror house there was not lights working there was so many big mouse and too dirty also i don't recommend to go anyone and stay there.

It was a very terrible and horrible experience , When I reached the hotel there was a check-in problem, I already paid full payment but they are saying why you should not call the hotel, one oyo guy is sitting there with his laptop and saying I will arrange another room at another hotel actually it was not a hotel and also room are small and unhygienic,

I was really happy with this. Clean bathrooms and clean room was there also staff is so corporative. Food was also good also value for money stay. Connectivity with railway station is also shortest.

Terrible experience because hotel in under construction and room size is too small, bedding is dirty, no any breakfast provided by the hotel. Staff members are very dirty and rude.

Don't stay here if you booked through included breakfast with extra money then the hotel owner is deny you breakfast there is no hot water room is very terrible condition cockroach and insect are there in the room.

Room was not clean, i found used blankets, washroom having foul smell. Staff was friendly but they arranged soap, towel and a water bottle. After being asked for. I expect everything to arranged before any guest enters to their booked room

It's fine for a cheap stay. My 1st day was at 3rd floor, which had bad interiors and foul smell in the room. The next day i got my room changed after many requests and got it on 1st floor which was fine to spend a night. If your budget allows, then have a comparison with another hotel.

I was denied to check in due to their policy even i didn't get my refund it was a bad experience no assistance was provided as well

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel hygiene is also above average
