Hotel O Kohinoor City

Hotel was good but with mosquitoes and cockroaches. No food served

No use to share as you never take my opinion, why should i wastes my time?

Near international airport, nice clean hotel worth for money. Very cooperative staffs. Big verandah. Rooms and bathroom big size.

Pls. Ref-and my mony the hotel manegment say it will not accepted make my trip customer so i request to return my money

Was not able to provide hot water for bath less of hygiene mosquitos was another problem property is a primer location very close from chandigarh railway station

1. They charge 300 rupees extra from us although we paid a 674 online to book the room and it is non refundable so we don't have any option to do so2. Ac was not workingoverall-i'll never book any room

My hotel was upgraded from pr hotel to hotel empire inn

The hotel owner was very rude. He doesn't know how to talk to a customer. Please black list this hotel as soon as possible.

Above all not at all good. No tissue no hot water taps working

Room was smelling like a roadside washroom even sheets blanket and pillow smells like it was never washed for about a month. Yuck. I would never recommend any of my known to go there ever in future

Stained curtains and bed sheets housekeeping was not upto the mark

Unexpected stay as there was no cleanliness, specifically the mattresses, sheets and blankets. Should also work on the basic amenities.

The hotel and all the rooms were smelly, we changed 4 rooms every room was smelly and pathetic, the sheets and pillow covers and comforters werent washed maybe in a hundred years. I request everyone to please stay away from this hotel.

They refused me that there is no booking at our hotel, So hardly after arguing I got one room, there was no complimentary dinner and breakfast was provided as mentioned in booking no wifi no TV was working.

Check in wasn't smooth. The room was very suffocating, small and not cleaned properly. It looked as if the cleaning of the room had not been done for a long time. Toilet wasn't cleaned. A. C. Also wasn't working.

Staff was not good, poor quality of stay, area is also dangerous. Not recommended for family

Hotel staff is very supportive and has good hygiene rooms. If you need budget hotel in daria so this is good option.

Not safe for girls, not a good atmosphere, poor condition of rooms and bathroom, looks good in pictures but the overall condition of the hotel is poor, not well maintained. Food was decent

Food is good the only concern is area, it is far away from main center of chandigarh.

Please keep a dustbin in the room. And change the blanket every new customer.
