Both the stay at the hotel and the food there were very good.

All room clean and bed is very comfortable

On that day a party was going on in the same property. The music volume & bass were very high. I called reception Many times to slow down the music it's already 12:15 am. After multiple calls they replied we can shift your room from 3rd floor to the 5th floor. Around 1 am music slowed down. I will never book this place again.

Yeah Stay is good I haven't order food but yes the location is super cool and yes the staff is good and the room is also so good Loved it.

It was a very bad Experience, The room was in bad condition, The washroom door lock was broken and the switch boards were also broken. After paying ₹1,500 for an extra bed, was only provided with a very thin Mattress and a bedsheet. Very good ambience of the hotel. All Personnel of this hotel are cordial and and co--operative. Whenever I shall visit Ludhiana I shall prefer to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much you all take care of your guests. Atanu Banerjee 19.07.25

Facilities have degraded Toilets are pathetic Furniture is old and is bad shape

Room was extremely small — It felt more like a lodge than a hotel. No almirah in the room, and the bed sheet was very dirty. Better and cleaner options are available nearby in C-Town. Basic hygiene and space need serious improvement. His washroom was too small, even airplane toilets are bigger than the one in this hotel.

I have visited first time hotel nd I was with my girlfriend nd when they observed we are couple nd we have booked online nd get discounts on deal they give us servants category room we had less time that y we couldn’t waste our time to argue with them never ever go for this hotel when ever u visited Ludhiana

The hotel rooms are without a window and hence lack basic ventilation. Rooms could smell of humidity. The facilities in the washroom/ room are not serviced properly

The hotel was good and the location was Also amazing Staff is amazing very and the ambiance of the Hotel is Also so Cool and Hygiene but the room size is bit small and LED is not working in the room but yes overall it was an great experience. Surely visit again.

The staff was very friendly at the reception rooms were extremely clean and above all the location is right in city center and easy approach. the morning breakfast buffet had a number of options..at the proce point I'll say it was just perfect for any business traveller..
