Very pleasant and nice stay, early check in was allowed and I paid for some extra hours but it was convenient and reasonable. Room and service was very good.

Easy to locate. Service is very good. Foods are ok. All people are we mannered. Everything was good.

Breakfast not included in stay if booking online Wifi not working

AC was not working. we try to ask the hotel staff if they can provide the Fan or make the Ac better but they did not help. they told us that ac will take time to cool the room. even the hotel breakfast was not good. one of the girl at reception was also very rude

The stay was good, location is also good, good staff.

Ac is not working, even 17 degree temperature did not produce cooling. Room is also so not wide and large according to price.

A complimentary upgrade was a nice surprise. Service and food was also good. My room was short of ventilation. Staff WA’s courteous

Location very bad. Very congested room. No facility in the room big and many flies were there in the room and no action was taken on complaint.

Rooms were poorly maintained. Breakfast was average. Will not book in future. Staff was fine

I was very tired and they were having some construction work inside the building because of which i wasn’t able to take proper rest and neither i slept well, even after requesting at reception to stop the work for some time as it was disturbing my sleep they didn’t stopped because of i got a severe headache and i was sleep deprived,

Good but room is too small Other wise staff is very cooperative and some issue in washroom but thats ok

The breakfast service was too slow and the water temperature was not hot. Rest everything is okay to stay

Rooms are clean and hygiene, and the front office is good and very helpful. Food quality to improve, housekeeping service can be better
