Dear Sir, Thank you for you are staying in our hotel during your stay we didn't received any single complain by your end because we met personally with you during your stay and my staff members also helping you find out the others locations at that time but sorry for your innocence will take care next time . As per your feedback by Reference no can allow complementary or alcoholic beverages in the public area and also we didn't allow and offer complementary rooms and outside food that we denied Services hope so you can understand our situations .
