Good location, close to Delhi metro and railway. Great service, especially the front desk. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Money exchange, travel planning or any other will be facilitated. The food is delicious and the rooms are clean.

Stay was budget friendly, rooms were not so good and neat but it is manageable with such an low price.. service was average

Lots of coacraches in bedroom No cleanness in room If we want towels for bath than give towels in bad condition

The hotel was extremely horrible. Toilet was very dirty. There was a lot of suffocation in the room with a bad smell. Bed was good night to sleep but the AC was noisy to disturb the sleep. There was no concept of room service. We had to go to the reception every single whenever we needed anything. So overall it was the most worst experience of my life.

This is my third visit n always they used yo charge more high rate on fooding very bad behaviour from staff this time they ask don’t book our hotel don’t eat if u can’t pay somewhere not liking at all

1. The rooms were clean but had lots of small cockroaches and insects with made the stay very difficult. 2.The TV wasn't working despite reminding them several times to fix it. 3.The staff behaviour was fine but the manager was least concerned with the guest's problems. 4.The food was overall decent and reasonable.
