Today I check in early to the hotel, they demand extra pay I also confirm to pay, after 4 hours they told us to change the room to shift another room, I query to why such another room why not they provide us our booked room they told us we check in early they provide us 1 pm and behaved very badly also they said we booked to the company not them if any complaint then told to company. Very rude behaviour of staff....we booked deluxe room but the condition of rooms not like that, broken door lock, unhygienic place even not proper things in there rooms.very very unsatisfied with the rooms and staff. The photos in MMT very clean and clear but actually there is not like that. We checked out with hotel and they told us to get refund after one day deduction. So kindly cancel our booking of 27 and 28 September 2025 ASAP bz I can't cancel this booking with our ends.

Room is little dusty & smelling. It was not worthy. I rate 2/5 for stay. Hoping for good stay in future

No Toiletries provided, no Electric Kettle, AC Remote missing n running at 25 degree in hot weather n even after complaint no resolution.

stay is okay. but not recommended other people because there no customer service need more improvement. in room or cockroaches and doors are broken outside hotel there is more vehicle sound from my side only 2 star hotel.

Good because of this hotel is available on walking distance for Dargah shareef. Room and bathroom are small . Food is good but rate is high

I request them to change my bed sheets but ignored it and they keep for 3days on one bed sheets . Food wasn’t even good and so less quantity

three bed provided nahi kiya 2 dubal bed hi provided kiya hai paise to three bed ke diye the Aaj ke baad ese hotel mai me stay nahi karna chayunga

We selected the Kingsway based on the rates & proximity to Dargah; hotel staff well mannered & service was prompt; they also upgraded our room to four bed at the same price ! food was good though a bit pricey ! Overall a pleasant experience !

I visited with my family room was really dirty bathroom was really horrible with dirty water in tap and sink overflow with water and bed sheets was really dirty with horrible smell I genuinely prefer please do not consist this hotel. LETS TALK about RESTAURANTS Restaurant was located beside reception Where food was ok ok was they fraud in menu card they mentioned different prices while paying bill they charge extra

rooms are not as per standard. In three days they have done only Once room cleaning, Rooms having small insects and like this...

Hotel Kingsway is a hidden gem in Ajmer. The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious.
