Not as per expectation not worth paying money bad experience ..

Dirty hotel, below average , fans not working, ac not working, changed room thrice , also the room was not clean

lot of bed bugs got severe bites and rashes. got shifted to other room that was also poorly maintained

Bathroom not clean, very small room, old furniture, no proper lighting in the room as well as bathroom, broken almirahs.

Staff is very helpful...

One major issue I noticed during my stays is the attitude at the reception. The reception staff comes across as very proud and not very welcoming, which does affect the first impression and overall comfort. As a guest who has stayed here many times, I expected a more humble and friendly approach, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.

I made the booking through make my trip.Staffs was good ,food was good. Staffs behaviour was amazing

clean rooms, clean washroom, availability of hot water, good polite staff, good bldg, located on main road, close to big famous markets of sector 19.

I had a terrible experience at the hotel. . It desperately needed maintenance; the washroom sink was broken, and the food quality was awful. I felt so uncomfortable that i left the room within an hour.

Here is a fair review: 1) Hotel is filthy, dirty and unmaintained. Rooms’ wallpapers are coming off. Bathrooms are very dirty with black greasy corners and dirt settles on shelves. Ac vents are visible with giant holes in the roof. Room lights are flickering and very dim. Washroom lights are even dimmer. Maybe to hide the condition of washroom and the room. Overall your mood will be spoilt the moment you step into the room. And remember we paid 5000 for this room. 2) Service was nice. The guy at the reception waited for us even though we checked in very late and talked nicely. 3) location is nice - close to most interesting places in Chandigarh. Summary: The condition of hotel is simply not worth the money you will pay. Avoid as much as possible.

Okay so let's start from check-in, i was with my wife and person at reception was just staring like he had never saw a girl before in his entire life. Bed sheets and pillow covers was dirty like it's not washed for several weeks. Food quality was good but as portion size was not even for single person as per price. Asked for dental kit then they said we don't give it if you want then firstly give us cash then we will bring it for you. Ac was working but ac remote was not there in room then they said we operate it from our own if you want then we can just turn it off. We already told our host that we will be leaving at 04:30 am as we are heading to our next stop and we will need hot water for bath and host were like yes we have hot water 24*7 and in morning we called at reception for at least 10 times then they said we have control and we have just turned the system on so it will take at least 30 mins for hot water that was totally ridiculous and there we lost our temperament. They need to work on so many things in last i can only say this is the worst hotel i've ever stayed in.

Uncomfortable stay, smelly rooms, stinking washrooms. No complementary water bottles nor any tea coffee maker available

Property is at good location. Lack of basic facilities like damaged hand wash and soap dispensers. No roof top food lounge as mentioned in photographs. No sleepers for washroom usage.

Food is good but amenities are not good bathroom very badly and room are not clean not water bottle provide

Nice stay and the room was so nice i am happy to stay here with the help of make my trip thank you sooooo much. Room was so comfortable. I think all the person who want to visit chandigarh please visit once hotel jullunder in sector 18.

The hotel was excellent….very courteous staff Mr Puneet and bhag Singh were just like family

The rooms are well-maintained and spotlessly clean, complemented by a courteous and attentive staff.

The rooms were bad. The walls were chipping off. There was no hot water in the shower. Not maintained properly.
