It was on the whole a very good experience to have stayed at Hotel Highland. It is most conveniently and ideally located just a 5 minute away from the Gandhi Chowk and the Mall Road. In fact, Mall Road passes just beneath the hotel and its buzz till late in the evening lends a lively aura. The room's Window opens into a lovely panoramic view of the valley laden with dense Cedar trees. Food here is also good. The complimentary breakfast is not elaborate but tasty and well cooked and adequately serves the purpose. The staff is cooperative and meets the needs efficiently.

Food was good. Staff was friendly and supportive. Rooms are very small and not maintained. Bathroom drainage was jammed and locks were broken. Bedsheet was torn.

The hotel construction is old but the location is a good main square of Dalhousie gandi chouk near maall road.over all nice experience and nice hotel.

Hotel is nearby Mall road and staff of the hotel were excellent, foods, services and parking lots of hotel were great.

The facilities are not up to mark. The room & WIFI sevices were not available after 10 pm till next day 7.00 Am

The Room Service was very poor WIFI used to closed from 10 pm to 6.00 Am. Tea, sugar, milk powder packets placed were insufficient
