There were red ants on the bed. Bedsheet and balnket were not cleaned.

not as par as showing in papar but hotel have poor room condition and not working TV basic wi fi not working.

Room was very neat and clean plus their service is fast too !

Room and washroom were clean. proper facilities and ambience . supportive staff. good location. nearest to rock garden and sukhna lake.

The hotel did not live up to its advertised standards. The room was noisy, the staff were unresponsive to requests, and the facilities seemed poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it unless improvements are made.

Hotel is very good, Room is also very good, but road are not good, water stagnation after rain and taxi not want to go Hotel due to bad road and tafiic, service is not good not provided soap, brush, towels, water bottle etc

Sch a Bad service. only a single towel is provided. The location is very underrated. staff behaviour is not so good and not co-operate.

Nice/humble people. From where ever you book rooms, they will wait for your arrival even until midnight.

Best hotel.......safe for girls.....breakfast is very tasty......evening snacks like plain Maggi...I just love it...
