Hotel Dwaraka Inn

Rooms are full of mosquitoes and untidy. They made me change my room 3 times during my 3 days stay. AC doesn't work in the room. Towels which they provide looks like used. This is definitely not a business class hotel. This is more like a road side hotel. They charged me 2,600 per day which is a complete loss.

Worst to worst service and no quality maintaining. Receiving is drastic. Attached restaurant are sooo worst

Overall, the room was good. However, I expected a queen-sized bed, as my previous booking included a large queen bed. This time, the bed provided was smaller, which was disappointing since I anticipated the same type of bed as before.

Rooms is not having AC and Fan too in that hotel and I'll give as rating for that hotel and staff was also not responding this is my worst experience

there was disturbance on the door at midnight. no boy was there to take care of luggage when we check in. only 250 ml water was given. small room.

Didn't get what I have booked. Alloted a smaller and different room. upon asking, they said they will change it but didn't do it.

front office is the face of the hotel ..but the reception person communication and voice is very hard and typical...even he is not in a position to smile with the guest....no grooming...nothing ....

It was very terrible stay at Dwaraka Inn, Visakhapatnam, first of all MMT booking is showed for lowest fare, but it hided taht the booking is for Non AC accommodation, its unfair with MMT customers. Next thing is the customers who book through MMT are being treated as 2nd class citizens. They didn't even provide drinking water even after requesting many times. They even tell that you came through MMT so we don't respond much to your request and requirment. Going forward, we need to think on booking through MMT based on this experience.

I rate the hotel 4 out of 5 .... Stay was amazing and staffs are cooperative just one inconvenience came which is no daily room service like cleaning.

I got it for 1k, which is very reasonable in prime location. Room is okay, but it has smoke smell. Friendly staff.
