I am staying the last four days Delux room booking 9th to 11th As per instructions there is complementary Landry 2 cloth item but 1 st day not paid 2 nd day asking for payment 2 cloths Today I booked a deluxe room but provided a normal room without a shower and toilets are not good

Good neat and clean room, comfortable stat and good staff. Room was neat and clean. Washroom also was properly cleaned.

Check in & check out the poor facility. and room service to water requirements being very slow. Many calls to the receptionist but response 2-3 calls.

Property location is appropriate. In the Heart of the city

Location is very good - close to station, close to work place, situated in the market. Food is really very tasty. Good variety of non veg food available. Neat and clean. Good service. Staff behaviour is good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Value for money. I have a suggestion. They should include south indian cuisine in their menu.

The room was good, large one but room service needs to be improved, the towel they provide was not good and at late night there was a part going on and it was very loud, that should be avoided. Hotel location was good, easy access to the local market.

Average. Hygiene needs to improve basics in bathroom missing dirty curtains, linen also not that clean hot water facility not there

We literally had the best experience from hotel dolphin. Nice staff, receptionist knew how to treat customers. Room was neat n clean food was also delicious.
