I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a disappointing experience. First of all, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the night. Despite reporting the issue, no proper resolution was provided.
Secondly, the room was booked for 2 adults. One of my friends left after a couple of hours, and another friend came to stay with me—we were still just two people in the room at all times. However, the hotel receptionist called me and demanded an extra ₹500, claiming it was a "different" person now. This makes no sense when the booking clearly mentioned 2 adults, and we never exceeded that limit.
Charging extra in such a situation feels unfair and unprofessional. Overall, I’m quite dissatisfied with both the service and the management's approach. Would not recommend unless they improve their hospitality and policies.

Regarding the second concern, while your booking was indeed for two adults, we would like to clarify that you initially checked in with a female guest. After she left, another person (your male friend) joined you. As per our hotel policy, changing guests mid-stay without prior information is not permitted, even if the total number of occupants remains the same.
In such situations, it is required to either make a booking for three people in advance or pay the applicable extra person charge. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all our guests.
