Room was good , but bathroom has smell, good staff behaviour, breakfast was ok ok , complementary bottle was given

Hotel is spacious neat and clean rooms with good staff. parking available for car.

roomes were decent clenliness -- 4/5 comfort-- 5/5 service-- 3/5 The receptionist told that if any thing needed just to call 9 on telephone unfortunately none of the telephones were working in our rooms could improve in service category

I stayed at hotel d inn pondicherry from 16 to 17 th October 2025.economic.location and facilities not so good.

This time I found the place to be good and Clean. The Service person knows our booking the moment we reach. Yet, the other person who reached before us seems like the Hotel didn't find his booking. He was made to wait and recheck his booking.

Rooms were fine, but the lighting could have been better. Good service overall, but the check-in process was a bit slow

Hotel room are not spacious and neat. Food providee are oily.

Hygeine room with good amenities except for tv not working. Wen asked to fix the tv he refused, which is not good. Apart from that everything is fine.

none of the power sockets were working, they didn't fix, bed sheets were bad, not hygenic, not recommended.

Room was not in good condition as shown in picture, Bathroom is too bad, Especially the water coming from tap was salt water. only one thing is there car parking was available.

The room was in poor condition, the toilet was not good and there was salt water coming from the toilet tap. In the middle of the night cockroaches and insects are coming outside the bed while sleeping was a terrible experience.

all good but last day they charge one day charges for 5 hours apart from that everything is good

Too bad, not well maintained, not worth at this price, too dirty and stinks, pipeline water smells like drain water can't rinse mouth, doesn't justify the word luxury room, and the surrounding has no words most dirtiest place ever been. Overall bad experience on a vacation in pondy

The hotel was located at bus stand and comfortable to travel all are and it is near to Raily station. And near to beach. At hotel have rental bike 🏍️ that was given supe com comfort. The staff was good and all facilities is excellent cleaning and staff communication. Near to hotel have hotel to gate best food . 🍱

Hotel was good but there was a bus stand just behind the hotel,so it was too noisy during day time.I find it little difficult when I was tired of journey and was trying to take rest.

Prime location, next to main bus stand. Room and toilet are big. Manager is very friendly. Provired a scooty @ ₹500 /day. Towel, bedsheets and pillows provided are not neat and not changed even after we requested- saying no stock. AC remote not working.
