very very bad service. ugly room and bath room.and irresponsible staffs. not hygienic. parking space some time not available

The place was ok. Lack of parking fecility. The staff is fine but the facility is not very well, not enough plug points, no shampoo in the bathroom, and a single towel from the double room. Some switches also not working

I have booked non AC room in this hotel but stay was terrible I have reached the hotel at the night 10:00 p.m. they hadn't provided me that bed blanket the room is having a full of smell they haven't provide room spray even after telling multiple Times. I recommend not to book this hotel by looking pictures of this hotel is totally unworthy of the amount paid. Geyser was not provided. bathrooms were not clean. Bedsheets are smelly.totally it's low level

The stay was decent overall. Cleanliness was good and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient. Facilities were basic, but acceptable for the price. A satisfactory experience.

old furniture. poor bathroom . the room didnt have proper lighting , very dim room ,could not read any thing(was preparing for an exam). amenities not provided. very similar to a tacky railway lodge. not satisfied at all.

They mentioned about Telivision availability in their facilities..But we can't get it properly.....That was very dissatisfing thing.... Bedding, Toilets are good....They mentioned that they have restaurant but we can't saw any restaurant in that building...When we talk about that they said that that restaurant was far from the hotel...So u should order through online

hotel room is too old and not maintained properly.Not worth the money . In the heart of the city other than that not worth anything else

First of all hotel comfy cape town was a worst experience for me.Funny hospitality approach from staff, they changed 2 rooms when we reach there.And the Ac from that room I think that made up of 18th century.very bad cooling and damaged.And The power supply and inverter was poor condition.be frank it was a bad experience for me.And I wouldn't choose anymore.
