The hotel room was stinking there was no soap and location was awful

Room was too much smelly and dirty. There’s no clean bed sheet and clean washroom. Toilet seat was also broken and blanket was also torn. Then i decided to find another place

The property was not good and AC room not given even after selecting ac room in booking

I would like to share some concerns regarding the room conditions. There was a cockroach in the room, and the electricity supply was not consistent—there were frequent power outages at different times of the day. Additionally, the room lacked proper ventilation, there was no water bottle provided, and there was no dustbin available. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience. In a room lacking ventilation, a cockroach scurried about while the bathroom remained unclean. The electricity flickered off for half an hour, repeatedly interrupting the power supply.

Room was not Clean on Check In. After some time basic Cleaning was done but still the room was very Average. Water was leaking from Washroom walls.

I had cancelled the booking before checking in due to shocking revelation of the hotel and the complaint has been given to the Management in writing and waiting for the refund and the reply from them. Telephonical complaints have not brought result not money returned despite reminders

The room provided was very small and cozy and there was no ventilation in room. Room shown in image was good but in reality it was not good. We had booked stay for 3 days but we check out after day 2.
