Hotel Chail Residency

Every thing was good except, food. As they have chargerd too much against food ,but the quality was really pathetic.

It was good stay at hotel with mesmerising view, felt clouds coming inside room, and good quality food.

1.No lift in hotel, its too tough for senior citizens to reach restaurant at terrace, Parking is for limited vehicles, i have to park my car on road side. 2. No AC in any room. 3. Restaurant staff in too less only two persons are there for service as well as for collecting used utensils from table. two star hotel charging rate of four star accommodation.. MMT should verify such hotels before offering to guests... to retsin its reputation.

Good location and staff members and manager was very Good. Food was average.

A very unhygienic property. Specially the dinning area and the kitchen was super filthy. Utensils in which Breakfast was served, were literally unwashed, tea pots were damn dirty.

It was a pleasant stay, staff was caring and responsive , balcony view was mesmerizing and food was great and tasty

The room size, balcony view, and overall service were commendable. However, the food did not offer value for money, given the exorbitant pricing, and the taste was below expectations.

The Stay was excellent with Neat and Clean Rooms and Washroom was Clean and Hygienic . The Main Catchy thing was Private Balcony to view excellent and nice Views .

Location is good but food is average along with below par service. Breakfast buffet had limited option with cold food.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

The location was good, on the main road, not too far from the market and places to visit in chail. Calm environment and view from balcony. Rooms were hygienic, no issues with safety as well. Local sightseeing services are available at extra cost. Few things can be improved, toiletries included basic things, however on request toothbrush and toothpaste, bathroom slippers were provided(it would be better to include them in basic kit. Breakfast options were having variety and good in taste. Room service is also fine, however it can be slightly swift. The behavior of the staff was polite. Parking is also available. Non availability of lift can be an issue for some.

The hotel is definitely not worth the price they charge. Though room was clean but there were flies in the room and dinning area. You can't control them even after using the catcher. Food was not upto the mark. Breakfast spread was very limited only 3-4 items provided and quality vise also it was not appreciable. They need to improve heavily on food. Note: as they have mix of old rooms and newly renovated rooms, so try to book newly renovated rooms only and avoid booking.

We were given a newly constructed room. It is complete in all respects. Very comfortable and habitable. Terrific west facing view of the jungle and valley below. An occasional slight offensive odour from the septic tanks below. Hospitable staff and prompt service. Overall - excellent.
