The hospitality was not upto the standard, and didn’t provide enough coffee/Tea/Sugar/Milk powder sachets, breakfast was okay however not upto the standard .

Stayed for a night,pretty decent experience.Hotel needs to concentrate on maintenance,the age of the hotel is beginning to show.the front office staff very young and inexperienced .luckily the manger Mr.Sherin more than compensated.He was very helpful.

It's important that the services and offerings promoted online are consistently reflected in the guest experience. While I may not plan a return visit immediately, I sincerely wish the team all the very best. Everything was great. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff members were generous and helpful, and the food at the Aroma restaurant was good too.

Rooms are spacious but furniture, wood work etc are all badly scratched and in need of touching up. One plug point actually gave my wife a terrible electric shock when she tried to charge her phone😳!! The best part of our stay was the tasty breakfast spread.
