I recently visited manali and i can say the only good thing about the hotel is Sunil Bhai (Cab owner and driver) , You can have a very pleasant vibe of manali . If you want to travel safe , then you must contact him . And speaking about the hotel , the breakfast is very poor , and some 2to 3 items are available and the buffet was closed, they will ask to send the breakfast to your room , so that you can have the limited food. The location of the hotel is good . Rooms are ok ok type . But if you are visiting manali then please contact sunil bhai , he will give you the best view of manali .

Room was not good, differs from photo it was smelling like cigarettes, bed was sloppy from left upper side. No coffee , milk, tea bags in room, Water bottles were there only on day1, next day it wasnt there.

The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Old Manali and Mall Road, and just a short 200m walk from the serene Devi Hadimba Temple. This made it an ideal base to explore the beauty of Manali. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly considerate and humble throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Amit Kumar, who handled our room service with utmost care. His soft-spoken demeanor and prompt service truly made us feel at home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The restaurant service and food quality was excellent. Mr amit kumar gave excellent service in serving delicious food in our 2 days stay. Other staffs are also polite in case of room needs improvement in providing ac with all weather features as room heater was not capable heating the room. Overall good experience

Rooms that we booked had terrible view. Not at all what was mentioned in the app. We had to accommodate in small room with better view. Food was average. Buffet breakfast was not in buffet rather they served one fixed menu each day. No provision for separate options. Bad room lighting. Terrible parking space. And most of all not a good location from mall road. Had to walk for long to reach the location from mall road

Overall a good experience. Their food was good and the rooms were big. I just want to give them one suggestion that the curtains in the room were disturbing as we were unable to fix them properly and were facing sunlight on the bed in the morning which is good in winters but not for summers. So pols work on it. Otherwise it is good

Excellent stay. Location- 10/10 view from hotel- 10/10 staff- 10/10 room - 10/10 services- 4/10 (they only provided one bottle of water for three people and that is too on day one only) food- 6/10 (alcarte was ok but breakfast was not good at all, limited options can be manageable but due to taste it was not acceptable. Day one macron i was tasteless, day to up-ma was totally tasteless. I suggest hotel management to change their chef. Overall if we exclude food experience, stay was amazing. Staff was very very polite and cooperative, specially sunil is amazing person, he also help in taxi bookings. You can ask him to book scooty/bike amd u will get same at hotel without any hazel. Location of hotel is awesome, the hidimba temple is just 250m away and mall road just 10 min walk. You can easily get autos to go mall road or any destination just from hotel entrance as its located on main road of hidimba temple. Enough parking space. I highly recommend this hotel but same time expecting hotel to change their chef so that everything can be 100%
