the deluxe hotel room had very negative vibes, with zero sunlight, the lighiting and room finishing was very bad, even the bed sheets and the blankets were not properly tucked in. and not only this, the cleaner guy was very creepy, every day he came and asked us to buy coconut from him with a very creepy smile, and demanded high charges after cleaning the room. and requested us to not tell anybody. also the bathroom has this weird smell even after cleaning. It was a really terrible experience. we had to check out early because of the situation but we did not requested for any refund as it was non refundable.

Booked a Deluxe room Overall a good experience but there needs to be some improvements on bed cleanliness like bed and pillows and should be checked before entry to room by service boy

all good but, resturant price to much high and .after lost room key they fine many charges and this is also memorable

Very good hotel. Staffs are very much helpful. Food is also very good. Interior of the room also very good. Only problem in lift it is not working properly.

I have booked two rooms for two nights. One room was ok. Another room was average. Toilet condition also not so good. TV was not working. The food was OK. Staff behavior is good. Overall, it's not a good experience during the staying.

⛳️⛳️ please dont ever visit this hotel. They provude worst room . Parking is on street car wilk get damaged. People will consume and distrub you. Room is in slum only front view is glass panel. Worst room no tv connection no mirror. I have Visited digha 40 times this is my worst experience

1.Hotel room size was very small. 2. Tv not working at the beginning. 3.Bedsheet and blanket covers very untidy on which blood spot visible . 4. They don't provide towel which comes under basis needs u will get that after request. I personally recommend not to book this hotel for your stay at digha cz it's totally waste of money

No maintenance of the property. Although the property builtup quality is good but there are not even eager to get customers.

Property's location was at an average area nearby to the sea. The room was a bit reeking with closed space. Food was below average. For facilities, I received only extra pillows and towels. No other basic sanitary utilities were provided. Overall it was a poor experience. However the staff was cordial.

Normal Ac room booked by me room was good & clean ac was good washroom was quite small.. Staff of the hotel was good..

The room allotted to us was substandard for decent living by any standards. There was no dressing table in the room and the mirror was located in the balcony attached to the room! The bed was uncomfortable and the blanket provided was anything but a blanket. The worst was the bathroom. The bath area was located in the centre of the bathroom with the wash basin and the commode on either side!! No soap was provided. Despite having a control in the room the AC couldn’t be controlled. The other furnitures looked shabby. However, the room service was good and the service personnel were polite and helpful. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone. It’s very poor value for money

There was no washroom kit (like toothpaste, toothbrush, shops,shampoo etc) And no welcome kit(like welcome drink, tea set)

1- hotel room cleaning nehi hai. 2-hotel me breakfast nehi mila. 3-hotel ka corridor, outdoor furniture and accessories a sab accha nehi hai.
