Terrible experience regarding food . Our package has included complimentary breakfast and lunch.During Lunch time there behaviour was not good towards guest.They are always trying to give less food and save money.Later they ask me to give money for the food, which I strongly oppose. I told one of there manager regarding this issue.Later they understood the incident and solved it.All theStaff behavere was good except there food catering section.We had a horrible experience .

Rooms are very good and food quality is also top notch stuff behaviour is also good but we did not get any discounts on food as it was mentioned

The behaviour of the staffs is really good. All the staffs are very welcoming . The buffet breakfast was really good. The location is very nice.

Good location and near the beach, food and staff behavior was very good. The pool was too small and shallow and good only for kids, there was only one sofa provided for sitting which is not adequate, apart from few drawbacks it was decent hotel.

Two major points we did not like during our stay. 1. Extra bed is just mattress on the floor. 2. Bathroom very shabby ; poor light, flow of water for shower not adequate.

Location- Good. Food- not up to the mark. Amenities- ok . Service- average The Hotel food quality and preparation need improvement.

Stayed 2 nights with my family at the property. Had a pleasant stay. Staff were very cordial and polite. Food was also good except a couple of items which could have been better. Location is very good. Overall had a good time staying at Cygnett. Keep up the good work.

a decent hotel. but no parking which has cover. even for bike. very sombre staff who hv forgotten to be pleasant as if they are bored by guests

The Bengali items are not upto the mark. Bathroom is not so clean. The comforter was torn.

The service of the hotel was good and the staffs were quick and polite. The breakfast buffet could have been handled well. The room was not in a good shape and it requires proper renovation. The charges for the room was 7200 per night and against that the room that was provided was not up to the standard.

Loved the room totally worth the price, highly recommended for a great couple experience. Also the hotel staff is very warm and well behaved

Great rooms, nice rooftop pool, very good breakfast and dining. It was a nice experience. Will highly recommend.

Hospitality was good, staff was good, food was also good and the breakfast was well organized but the food was overpriced. A single water bottle of mrp 18 rupees was being given for 40 rupees.

The hotel doesn't have a sea view from any room. One can probably see the sea from the rooftop, that too if the sky is clear! We had booked a family suite and the hotel told us that no family suite has sea facing rooms. The balcony of the suite literally opens up to the next hotel's balcony and one can't use it. We had to downgrade to a superior room even though we paid for the suite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is good and prices are reasonable too.

I had booked my stay through MakeMyTrip and stayed at cygneett in View Hotel. My overall experience was really good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay a lot and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the great service!

We ordered food from their restaurant but there was hair in it, when we asked to change the food they agreed to do it but when they gave the same food instead of changing it with the hair. they didn't even acknowledge it when we complained about it and despite that we had to pay for it.
