I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Amritsar International. The location is excellent, right opposite the Amritsar Bus Stand and just about 1 km from the Golden Temple, which makes travelling very convenient. The room size is good, and the toilet was clean and well maintained. It’s a new property, so everything feels fresh and tidy. The staff members are well behaved, courteous, and very cooperative. The food menu offers several options, and the breakfast provided was quite good. The room had an electric kettle along with complimentary packed mineral water bottles, and tea, coffee, and milk pouches, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I would rate the hotel 4 out of 5.

My stay at Hotel Amritshar during 6 to 8 October is good, when I made booking in Make my trip application the all amenities was not provided by Hotel staff, even some basic amenities I. e. Welcome drinks, geyser etc . However food was very testy and hygiene, staff is also very polite and cooperative. If separate grading option available then I give outstanding for Staff and food, but due to lack of amenities I am giving Good rating.

I booked 2 rooms and paid in advance whereas when we reached hotel, at the reception I have been told that although you have booked 2 rooms but only 1 adult can stay in one room, at my surprise he told me that although their rooms and beds are dual occupancy but still I have not selected 4 adults which was quite unusual for me.after a dispute I have called owner of hotel who said that you can 800 rs extra an stay and later got convinced in 500 rs extra. I didn’t mind paying extra but this approach was absolutely unacceptable. Why would I book 2 rooms if there only 2 adults.
