We usually book this hotel because it was at very good location and good hospitality. But this time it was disappointed, poor cleanliness.

This was my second stay, and overall it went well. However, one suggestion for improvement — please fix the hot water issue, as we had to use only cold water for bathing. For tourists visiting Ajmer Dargah, this place is a great option since it’s just about 1 km away, and the railway station is also at the same distance.

Wonderful Experience. Rooms are well maintained with all the toiletries provided. Bathroom is very neat and clean with modern equipments been installed. Hotel "Pehli Manzil" is excellent for Food Lovers with variety of vegetarian food options. Excellent support from hotel attendants when required.

The property has excellent location, very close to the Railway station and easily accessible to the Dargah. The food was good but a bit expensive. The staff were cordial. Regarding cleanliness it has to improvise. Overall I will suggest travellers to be their guest.

It is close to the station, one can easily get a ride to go to the Dargah and the food is very good, the amenities are very good and the service is very good.

Property location is good very near to railway station. The food is average with A La Carte and not buffet for breakfast. We were not provided dental kit, shaving kit and bathroom slippers. On asking the kits were provided. We were given used flip flops in place of bathroom slippers which I refused to accept. The hotel reeks of cost cutting. Soiled furniture upholstery, not providing standard amenities which is not expected from a star hotel. The cleanliness was good. The employees do their best to keep the guests satisfied but management needs to reflect on their cost cutting strategy as it will drive away repeat guests

Neat and Clean Hotel, Food quality was excellent, I have selected this hotel just because of location, Almost on main road and close to railway station.

The food at Ajmer inn hotel was excellent. The location was also good amidst jewellery and bangles shops...close by to railway station. The facilities and staff all were excellent...had an amazing stay at Hotel Ajmer inn.

Facilities are not good so many times I told them to clean the room they replied staff is limited so next day we have to clean the room
