Pros: The hotel offers a beautiful view. Cons: There was a persistent foul smell in the bathroom. Even after changing rooms, the issue remained. Hygiene standards were poor—plates and utensils were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and also had a noticeable gap between the two mattresses. While the floor was clean, overall cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The only reason we continued our stay was that we only needed the room for the night and there was no cancellation allowed.

that hotel view was excellent like i can see ganga river from my room and the room was very big and comfortable hotel staff is also very friendly and cooperative that's all from me ☺️

It is located in the perfect place, great view, great experience, nice hotel and value for money

value for money , difficult for elders to walk on height. It takes around 40 stairs to reach room. room was good and clean. bathroom was spacious. cons : No room service , lot of stairs ( although they pickup and drop your luggage )

it was good stay with great ambience, but there is no room service for tea even for water as well. you have to fill your water bottle from water cooler which they doesn't have on every floor. Not good for elders, toddler and pregnant lady as you have to mount a clif which is very difficult. sufficient bulb/light was not in the room. value for money. they provide bike and rafting services in reasonable price. management is professional spectacular room is at 4th floor, It has good view but you have to walk to 50 stairs to reach.

In dining facility was not satisfactory. There was very little option in Hotel's Cafe. Rest are okay.

This was the first time i booked a cottage, and the experience was terrible. The washroom was unhygienic and dirty. The walls were dirty, and the room had a weird smell all the time. The staff had no communication with each other which led poor service. Overall not happy with the stay.

All over is good, the staff is comparative, the room is clean but in my point of view this is not comfortable for family and small kids because the hotel is located on high rise and there is no transport option so you have to manage it on your own. And this is really very difficult as i experienced. Thank you

It is the best deal at this price. If you are visiting rishikesh make sure you are staying in tapovan.

Clean rooms, clean property, helpful staff, all the required amenities, view is also good, as per the name hill top, the property is also at top.

Enjoyed my stay also behaviour of staff was very good. Surrounded by greenery and view from hotel room is awesome.

The best location, beautiful landscapes, breathtaking views, highly comfortable and cosy cottage, and great hospitality. It is worth each penny you spend on it.
